SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms & Condition governing all purchases made through [www.aerodock.in] (the “Platform”), (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Policy is issued in compliance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India. By placing an order on the Platform, the customer (“you”, “your” or “User”) agrees to be bound by the terms set out herein.
Order Processing
Orders placed and confirmed prior to 2:00 PM IST on a business day shall ordinarily be processed and dispatched on the same business day, subject to Clause 1.3. Orders placed after the aforesaid cut-off time, or on a non-business day, shall be processed and dispatched on the succeeding business day.
For the purposes of this Policy, “business day” means Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and national/gazetted holidays declared by the Government of India.
Orders involving build-configurator selections or custom assembly may require an additional [(1-2) one to two] business days for assembly, quality control, and testing prior to dispatch. The Company shall communicate any material change to the estimated dispatch date where reasonably practicable.
The timelines specified in this Clause are estimates based on ordinary operating conditions and do not constitute a guaranteed or contractual delivery commitment.
Shipping Charges
Orders with an invoice value exceeding ₹7,000 (Rupees Seven Thousand only) shall be eligible for shipping free of charge, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Orders with an invoice value of ₹7,000 (Rupees Seven Thousand only) or below shall attract a shipping fee, calculated at checkout on the basis of product weight, dimensions, and destination pin code, which shall be disclosed to the User prior to confirmation of payment.
Oversized, high-weight, or specially regulated items, including but not limited to ready-to-fly drones and bulk consignments, may attract additional shipping charges. Such charges, where applicable, shall be displayed to the User prior to payment and form part of the total consideration payable.
All shipping charges disclosed at checkout are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Subject to Clause 3.3, estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:
|

Estimated Delivery Timeline |
|
Metro cities |
2–4 business days |
|
Rest of India |
4–7 business days |

Remote, northeastern, and island regions |

The timelines set out above are estimates furnished by the Company’s courier partners and are provided in good faith on a best-efforts basis. They do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of delivery within the stated period.
The Company shall not be held liable for delays arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, customs clearance of imported stock, regional logistics or transport disruptions, strikes, or other force majeure events as detailed in Clause 11. Where the Company becomes aware of any such delay affecting a confirmed order, it shall use reasonable efforts to notify the affected User in advance.
Courier Partners and Tracking
Shipments are dispatched through third-party courier partners engaged by the Company on the basis of their reliability in handling electronics and high-value freight.
A tracking reference shall be communicated to the User via registered email and/or WhatsApp upon handover of the shipment to the courier partner. Users are advised to allow up to 24 (twenty-four) hours from dispatch for the initial tracking status to reflect on the courier partner’s system.
The Company shall not be responsible for temporary inaccuracies or delays in tracking information attributable to the courier partner’s systems.
Split Shipments
Where a single order comprises items sourced from multiple warehouses or suppliers, the Company reserves the right to dispatch such order in multiple packages/shipments.
No additional shipping charge shall be levied on the User on account of such split shipment, and the User shall be notified accordingly where an order is split.
Delivery Address and Restrictions
The Company currently offers shipping services exclusively within the territory of India.
Deliveries to Post Office (P.O.) boxes and to locations falling within restricted zones -including areas in proximity to airports, defence installations, or zones subject to flight or movement restrictions imposed by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Customs authorities, or other competent authority - shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may require the User to furnish additional documentation or authorisation prior to dispatch or delivery.
International and cross-border shipments, including shipments destined for the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf Cooperation Council jurisdictions, are not processed through the standard checkout flow. Users seeking such shipment must contact the Company's support team prior to placing the order to ascertain feasibility, applicable customs/import compliance, and charges.
The User is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address furnished at the time of checkout. Where redelivery is necessitated on account of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address furnished by the User, the Company reserves the right to levy an additional shipping charge to cover the cost of such redelivery.
Inspection and Receipt of Shipment
The User is advised to inspect the package for visible signs of damage, tampering, or crushing prior to accepting delivery from the courier partner.
Where the package exhibits visible damage or tampering, the User is advised to refuse acceptance of the delivery and to notify the Company immediately, together with photographic evidence of the condition of the package. Upon verification, the Company shall, at its discretion, arrange for a replacement shipment or initiate a claim with the concerned courier partner on the User’s behalf.
Claims raised subsequent to acceptance of delivery shall be governed by, and dealt with in accordance with, the Company’s Refund and Cancellation Policy, available at [attach the link here].
Invoicing
Every shipment dispatched by the Company shall be accompanied by a tax invoice compliant with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rules made thereunder.
Users registered as business entities and holding a valid Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) seeking to avail Input Tax Credit are required to furnish their GSTIN at the time of checkout, or communicate the same to the Company’s support team prior to dispatch, to ensure accurate reflection on the tax invoice. The Company shall not be obligated to reissue an invoice on account of the User's failure to furnish GSTIN prior to dispatch.
Wholesale, Dealer, and Institutional Shipments
Shipments pursuant to bulk, dealer, or government/defence procurement orders shall be governed by the logistics, delivery, and shipping terms specifically agreed upon in the corresponding quotation, purchase order, or contract executed between the Company and the concerned purchaser.
In the event of any inconsistency between such individually agreed terms and this Policy, the terms of the specific quotation or contract shall prevail.
Limitation of Liability
Save as expressly provided under applicable law, the Company’s liability in respect of any delay, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with shipping and delivery shall be limited to the invoice value of the affected shipment.
Nothing in this Policy shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other applicable law of India.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Policy where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, riot, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, governmental restrictions, customs delays, or disruption to courier or transport networks.
