2. Acceptance of these Terms
2.1. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, browsing the catalogue, or placing an Order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and our Shipping Policy (collectively, the “Policies”), each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms an integral part of the contract between you and Aerodock. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform and from placing any Order.
2.2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, whether oral or written, save for any separate wholesale, dealership, or institutional agreement executed in writing between you and Aerodock, which shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms in respect of the transaction it governs.
3. Eligibility
3.1. You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. If you are below the age of eighteen (18) i.e., minor, you confirm that the Order is placed by, or under the direct supervision and with the express consent of, your parent or lawful guardian, who alone shall be treated as the contracting party for all purposes, including payment obligations, regulatory compliance, and liability under these Terms.

You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities undertaken through your account, whether or not authorised by you, save where such activity results from a breach of security attributable to Aerodock.
4. Products, Specifications, and Regulatory Compliance
4.1. Aerodock deals in components and ready-to-fly UAS sourced from established global brands and vetted original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”). All specifications, imagery, compatibility notes, and descriptive material appearing on the Platform are reproduced in good faith from manufacturer-supplied data and are believed to be accurate as of the date of listing. You acknowledge that minor batch-to-batch variation including firmware revisions, cosmetic finish, and bundled accessories is inherent to electronic components and shall not, by itself, constitute a defect, misrepresentation, or breach of the implied condition.
4.2. Where a Product is marked “DGCA-compliant”, such marking signifies only that the Product met the type specifications published under the Drone Rules, 2021, and the Digital Sky framework as on the date of listing. Notwithstanding such marking, the following obligations rest entirely and exclusively with you as the Buyer, and Aerodock assumes no responsibility whatsoever in respect thereof:
4.2.1. Registration of the UAS on the Digital Sky platform;
4.2.2. Procurement of a Unique Identification Number (UIN), Unique Authorisation Number (UAN), or any successor authorisation prescribed by the DGCA;
4.2.3. Compliance with No Permission No Take-off (NPNT) protocols, red/yellow/green zone restrictions, and all air-space and no-fly-zone limitations notified from time to time;
4.2.4. Any other registration, licensing, insurance, or regulatory obligation attaching to the ownership, modification, or operation of a UAS under Applicable Law.
4.3. Aerodock is a supplier of components and equipment and is not, and does not hold itself out to be, a certifying, licensing, or regulatory authority. Aerodock shall bear no liability, direct or indirect, for the manner in which any Product is registered, modified, assembled, or flown following delivery, nor for any penalty, seizure, or prosecution arising from non-compliance with the Drone Rules, 2021, or any allied regulation.
4.4. You acknowledge that drone components carry inherent physical risk, including but not limited to injury from rotating propellers, fire or thermal-runaway risk from high-current power systems and lithium-polymer (LiPo) or lithium-ion cells, and property damage arising from loss of control in flight. Assembly, charging, storage, and flight of any Product are undertaken entirely at your own risk and are contingent upon your own skill, diligence, and adherence to manufacturer safety instructions. Nothing in this Clause 4.3 shall be construed to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by Aerodock’s proven negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted under Applicable Law.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
5.1. All prices displayed on the Platform are quoted in Rupees (₹) and, unless expressly stated otherwise, are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Aerodock reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to correct any pricing, typographical, or listing error, whether discovered before or after an Order has been placed and paid for, and to cancel any Order affected by such an error, in which event the full amount paid shall be refunded in accordance with Clause 8.3.
5.2. Payments are processed exclusively through Aerodock’s empanelled third-party payment gateway(s). Aerodock does not store, and has no access to, your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials; such data is handled solely by the payment gateway in accordance with its own privacy and security policies, and its Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) obligations, as applicable.
6. Order Placement and Acceptance
6.1. The display of Goods on the Platform constitutes an invitation to offer, and not an offer capable of acceptance, in accordance with settled principles of contract law. An Order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase, which Aerodock may accept or decline at its sole discretion. An automated order-confirmation communication sent by email or WhatsApp acknowledges receipt of your offer only and does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.
6.2. Aerodock reserves the right to refuse, limit the quantity of, or cancel any Order, whether or not it has been confirmed and whether or not payment has been processed, including where: (a) fraud or attempted fraud is suspected; (b) the ordered Goods are out of stock or discontinued; (c) a pricing or listing error is identified; or (d) the delivery destination falls within a shipping restriction identified in the Shipping Policy. Where an Order for which payment has been received is cancelled by Aerodock under this Clause, the full amount shall be refunded to the original payment instrument within the timeline prescribed in Clause 6, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Wholesale, B2B, and Institutional Orders
7.1. Bulk, wholesale, dealership, and institutional or government procurement Orders shall be governed by a separate quotation, purchase order, or agreement issued directly by Aerodock’s wholesale desk, in addition to and read together with these Terms. Where any term of such separate agreement is inconsistent with these Terms, the terms of the separate agreement shall prevail solely in respect of the transaction to which it relates. Parties interested in such arrangements may initiate the process through the Wholesale page of the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content appearing on the Platform including without limitation the “Aerodock” name and logo, product photography, banner and promotional artwork, website layout, source code, and compilation of the catalogue is the exclusive property of Aerodock or is used under licence, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other Applicable Law. No part of such content may be reproduced, scraped, mirrored, or commercially exploited without Aerodock’s prior written consent. Third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos displayed on product pages remain the exclusive property of their respective proprietors and are used solely for the purpose of identifying genuine, authorised stock; such use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1. Save as expressly set out in these Terms and Policies, and save for such conditions and warranties and cannot lawfully be excluded, the Platform and the Goods are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Aerodock does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is mandated by Applicable Law.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Aerodock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use, misuse, assembly, modification, or operation of any Product, including without limitation loss of the UAS itself, damage to third-party property, personal injury arising from misuse, or any penalty, fine, or regulatory action initiated by the DGCA or any other authority. Aerodock’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any single Order, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total value of that Order.
10.2. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aerodock, its partners, officers, and employees from and against any claim, demand, loss, or liability (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of Applicable Law, or your operation of any Product in a manner inconsistent with manufacturer instructions or the Drone Rules, 2021. Nothing in this Clause shall operate to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other Applicable Law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by Aerodock’s negligence or for defective goods causing harm within the meaning of Section 2(34) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. Aerodock shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, fire, flood, pandemic, strike, act of government, import or export restriction, courier network disruption, or failure of third-party payment or logistics infrastructure. Performance shall be suspended for the duration of such event and resumed as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder.

14. Amendment
14.1. Aerodock reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time as its business evolves. Material changes shall be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the head of this document, and your continued use of the Platform following such update shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where required under Applicable Law, material changes shall additionally be notified to you through the Platform or by email.
